Tualatin Valley Water District, OR: Streamlining Weekly Water Quality Collection and Lab Submissions

The Challenge - Prior to utilizing Cityworks & Cityworks Mobile and the new Chain of Custody process, the Weekly Water Quality Collection for RTCR (Revised Total Chlorine Residual) consisted of 3 to 4 individual SharePoint spreadsheets. At the end of each day, it was a manual process to merge all the individual documents in order to submit the final product to the lab. Each individual was assigned only their specific sample stations.
